Rainbow cake!

These cakes have been done by others countless times, it's so passe. No matter, I have not attempted one so I thought, why not.

Bright as they come!

To make it less oh-so-dated-and-blergh, I covered the cake in white chocolate frosting, covered that with white chocolate shards, and sprinkled shaved white chocolate on top.

Note: My deco idea here was totally unoriginal, was inspired by this one baker I found online.

It makes for a quite pretty rainbow cake ey? I call it my Snow White Cake. :p
